You can dry brush on all parts of your body to promote better circulation and lymphatic drainage!🦵🏼

Add any combination of lemon tea tree, rosemary, peppermint, lemongrass, sage, lavender, and geranium essential oils (to name a few) to unscented lotion or a spray bottle mixed with water, vitamin e, and a carrier oil.
