Booking & Cancellation Policy
A major credit card is required to book your reservation. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full price of your missed appointments. Cancellation fees are collected to ensure that massage therapists are compensated for the time reserved for a service.
Returns Policy
We aim to help you find products you are 100% satisfied with! If you are not happy with a product purchased with us, please email us or stop by the shop within 14 days of purchase to receive an exchange or store credit. Please bring the product back to the shop or ship it back with the original packaging. Our email address is alison@georgetownmassageandbodywork.com.
For online returns: Please mail back your product in the original packaging. Once we receive the product in the mail, we will email you with a store credit code to be used in the online shop.
