Michele’s integrative and holistic approach to bodywork is shaped by her diverse background in massage therapy, energy work, yoga, and athletics. She completed her professional training at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage and the Thai Institute in Virginia.
Drawing from both Eastern and Western modalities, Michele blends techniques such as stretching, acupressure, energy balancing, and movement to create sessions tailored to each client’s needs. She encourages clients to incorporate self-care into their daily routines, fostering greater body awareness and supporting long-term balance and well-being.
Outside of her practice, Michele maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys exploring the DC area through running, biking, and hiking.
