Hot Stone Massage

A deeply relaxing massage session combining Swedish and deep tissues techniques with the addition of heated stones made from balsalt, a smooth volcanic rock. Warm stones are incorporated and used to relax the nervous system and ease muscle tension. The heat helps soften the tissue and allow the stones to be used as a tool for deeper myofascial work. Hot towels and a warm massage table make this treatment a comforting, therapeutic session.

Reiki

Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body and aims to move and clear stagnate areas where there has been physical injury or emotional pain. Practitioners channel and facilitate healing with the fundamental belief that the body has the innate ability to restore balance. Sessions are safe and non-invasive. Crystals, and essential oils can be incorporated into the session depending on the intention of the session.

Reflexology

Rooted in Chinese medicine, reflexology uses the meridian system and specific reflex points on the feet and hands to stimulate the circulatory system and reduce tension and pain around the body. This goal is to release blockages in the energy system and balance and restore flow. A deeply relaxing treatment that can ease muscle tension especially in the feet and legs and bring an overall sense of relaxation and calm.

Face, Scalp, Neck Massage + LED facial

This 60 minute treatment starts with a neck, face and scalp massage to release tension headache symptoms, TMJ pain, reduce facial swelling, and ease neck pain. Incorporates hot and cold stones and lymphatic drainage. 30 min massage is followed by a 30 minute LED light therapy session with our FDA-cleared Celluma device. LED light therapy helps activate the cells that produce collagen and elastin to reduce fine lines, kills bacteria that can cause redness and breakouts, and improves skin tone.

Chiropractic Therapy Session

Compression + Stretch Massage

Our compression and stretch massage combines therapeutic massage with gentle but deep stretching and compression work. These powerful therapeutic techniques combine complementary methods to enhance muscle flexibility, alleviate tension, and improve circulation. Stretching helps lengthen and loosen tight muscles, increasing their range of motion, while compression applies pressure to specific areas of the body to release tension, reduce stiffness, and stimulate blood flow. This session is a great choice for athletic types or those trying to increase mobility.

LED Red Light Therapy

Light Emitting Diode (LED) phototherapy or photobiomodulation is the application of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. The energy is used to improve cellular performance. Phototherapy is known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties and has a variety of applications. Research has shown that phototherapy can increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, decrease inflammation, ease muscle and joint pain, reduce stiffness, ease arthritis, improve skin tone and wrinkles, kill acne bacteria, and more. LED Red Light Therapy can be added to any massage.

Myofascial Cupping

Incorporate cupping into your massage session. Myofascial decompression, also known as Cupping Therapy, is a soft tissue technique in which a manual pump device or ‘cup’ is used to provide suction to skin and underlying tissue. This creates negative pressure on the tissue stimulating tissue healing through the body’s own natural inflammatory response. Helps release hypertonic, and over-used muscle, reduce scar tissue and myofascial adhesions, improve range of motion, and increase blood flow and nutrients to tissue.
